Preventing Illegal Waste Disposal in the Negev Region
In the Negev, about 1,400,000 tons of construction waste are dumped every year, the percentage of enforcement of that crime tends to zero (0.2% according to estimates).
The enforcement activity almost does not rely at all on technological means, using technology correctly could lead to a significant reduction in pollution and significantly improve the quality of life of the residents in the Negev settlements.
