Measuring the Impact of Job Training and Placement Programs
In Israel there is a severe shortage of human capital with the appropriate skills for employers. On the other hand, many populations have a huge potential to provide the market with the required human capital, but they are not accessible to effective training. SFIs operate a career path in social bonds, but to make it scalable they need technological systems.
Measuring the impact of training and employment programs while creating a data strategy, can lead to the activation of these programs more efficiently and promote new projects in the field of quality employment for target populations in the social and geographic periphery.
